Balfour Farm is an organic dairy farm producing distinctive cheeses in small batches from milk produced by our Normande cows. Our off the grid farm produces award winning cheeses that are aged in an underground vault. Whey from cheesemaking is fed to the pig herd which produces flavorful pork cuts and value-added products like cured salami. We also bring fresh eggs from our flock of organic laying hens. We can be found at the Wednesday, Saturday and Winter markets.
