STREET ARTISTS & BUSKERS

For our Summer Market Season:

 

Please note that the farmers' market manages the farm vendors who are members of the Portland Farmers' Market Association and does not manage street artist vendors.

 

If you are a musician, or a local artist with original artwork and you would like to sell your art near the farmers' market, or perform your music on City property, you are subject to the City of Portland's Street Artist Rules and Regulations. Please also read through the Street Artist Handbook. For questions please contact the City Clerk's Office/Business Licensing at (207) 874-8557. 

 

If you are a musician, or a street performer (a Busker), you are welcome to come to our outdoor markets and share your performance- there is no sign up requirement at this time for summer buskers. We ask that buskers use their best judgment not to set up too close to another busker, and also that you keep your performance family friendly with consideration not to disrupt customer's ability to hear vendors.

 

 

For our Winter Market Season:

 

At our indoor market, we do not have room for any non-farm vendors. If you are interested in playing music at our Winter Farmers' Market, please contact our Winter Market Manager, David Koubek of Good Shepherd's Farm to be scheduled to perform: bremensheep@hotmail.com
