Our payroll is done through the Maine Federation of Farmers' Markets and Yarmouth Payroll Plus.

Payroll Onboarding Instructions:

1. Print and complete the 4 payroll documents found on Yarmouth Payroll Plus' (YPP) website listed under "Tax Forms". 

2. Upload the W-4ME, the Federal W-4, and the Direct Deposit Form directly to YPP's website: https://www.yarmouthpayrollplus.com/

   • On the right side of the website, there is a menu that pops up with 4 icons/options. The 2nd icon down says, "send us a file". Use that function to submit your paperwork. (Be sure to let them know this is for the Maine Federation of Farmers' Markets)​

3. Please send your I-9 form directly to us at portlandmainefarmersmarket@gmail.com with a photo of your proof of citizenship document(s).

Once you are setup in our payroll system, you can access the Employee Payroll Self-Serve for your paystubs here: https://ess.cyberpayonline.com/yarmouthpayrollplus  

Use Company Code: MAIF and note that the system is case sensitive, and names should be entered in CAPS
