When does the market happen?
Summer Markets: The last week of April through the last week of November, find us from 7:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays in Deering Oaks Park and on Wednesdays in Monument Square.
Winter Market: December through April, we are indoors every Saturday from 9:00pm-1:00pm at

Can I pay with my credit card or food stamp card?
Yes! Visit our Market Information Booth and use your SNAP, credit or debit card to "purchase" wooden tokens that can be spent at any farm vendor's booth. (*Please note, you cannot use farmers' market wooden tokens at non-farm tables set up near the outdoor market)
Also, we offer a 1:1 match for SNAP (Food Stamp) purchases with our Maine Harvest Bucks tokens, which are good for fruit and vegetable purchases. Please see the Info Booth for more details.
I want to sell something, how can I have a table at the market?
It depends...Please visit our Vendor Resources page for answers to your questions:
I want to get involved, can I volunteer at the market?
Absolutely! There are always jobs for volunteers! Sign up for our Volunteer mailing list and receive email requests when volunteers are needed!
Are you open when it rains? Or snows?
All of our markets are open rain or shine (or snow). VERY occasionally, nearing the winter months, if the weather prohibits farmers from safely getting to the market, we may delay or cancel a market. Like us on Facebook (link below) for up to date, current information.
